He has been diagnosed at 2 months of age with newborn screening high immune reactive trypsinogen. He is pancreatic sufficient, fecal elastase was normal.Pseudobartter syndrome history was negative. He has no lung involvement.He is diagnosed with Cystic fibrosis related metabolic syndrome. He is not taking any treatment.
